Saving and Reusing Custom Visual Styles

Save styles to your active project, promote them to your account-wide Style Library, export them as JSON files, and reuse them across multiple video productions.

Project Styles vs. Account Style Library

Flow Batch Studio separates visual styles into two scopes:

  • Project-Level Custom Style — Created inside a specific project's Creative Bible. It is saved directly to that project and immediately guides all of its scenes. It does not clutter your other projects.
  • Account-Wide Style Library — Located in /studio/settings/style-library. Styles saved here are account assets available across all your current and future projects with a single click.

How to Promote a Custom Style to Your Library

If you created a fantastic custom style for Project A and want to use it for Project B and C:

  1. Open Style Library in the sidebar settings (/studio/settings/style-library).
  2. Navigate to the Import / Export page.
  3. Click Add Custom Style or import your saved JSON.
  4. Give the style a permanent name.
  5. The style now appears in your My Trained Styles library and can be toggled active for any production.

Exporting and Sharing Style Files

You can export any custom style or complete Style Family as a portable .json file at any time:

  1. Go to Settings → Style Library → Import / Export.
  2. Under Export, click Export Style Library or select an individual style family.
  3. Your browser downloads flow-style-family-[name].json.
  4. You can store this file as a backup, share it with team members, or import it into another Flow Batch Studio account.
