#The job queue

Search and page through your jobs. Each job is named for exactly what it does (for example Scene Generation or Original Script Generation, the same name its notification uses), with what it is doing now, when it started or finished and how long it took. Open a job (View timeline) to see every step it recorded, in order.

Progress only moves forward and reflects real work, such as scenes generated out of the total. While a job is running but has not reported measurable progress yet, it shows Measuring… instead of a percentage; a job that has not started shows Not started.

A job starts within seconds of being queued — from any page, a Retry or Pipeline — and a scheduled check every minute is the backup. During a long AI step, such as writing a full script, the timeline adds a Still writing … so far step about every 20 seconds, so a running job never looks stuck.

#Job states and actions

StateMeaning
QueuedWaiting to start.
ContinuingSaved part of its work and is waiting to carry on from there.
Starting / Processing / FinalizingRunning: getting ready, doing the work, then saving the result.
RetryingA temporary problem; Flow tries again automatically.
PausedStopped by you; Resume continues it.
CompletedFinished; the result is saved to the project.
Failed / CancelledStopped; the job shows why. Retry runs it again.

A job stuck in Retrying is usually a provider or API key problem. Check AI providers before retrying again.
