#Finding and saving ideas
- Enter your niche or a topic and search for ideas.
- Read the research and signals for each idea.
- Save the promising ones; saved ideas stay in the Ideas tab.
- Open an idea in Script when you are ready to write it.
Idea research runs in the background. You can leave the page; results appear when it finishes.
#Topic Gap Finder
The Gap Finder shows what the research discovered, what it actually covers, topics worth developing and specific openings in the coverage.
Analyze with Gemini
- Fill in the research brief: topic, working title, research scope and your direction.
- Copy the ready-made prompt into Gemini (with Deep Research or Google Search enabled) and let it research YouTube.
- Paste Gemini's answer back into Flow, upload a
.json/.txt/.mdfile, or click + Add Another Response Part if Gemini split a long response across multiple parts. - Click Analyze & Extract Gaps — Flow merges multi-part responses, repairs truncated JSON or Markdown automatically, and turns the findings into topic openings you can send straight to Script.
#Competitor channels and alerts
Add competitor tracks a channel. Alerts tell you about new uploads, fast-growing videos and view milestones. Use Pause alerts, Enable alerts, Edit or Remove on each channel. From a competitor's video you can start an original outline based on it (never a copy).
