Quick start
Make your first video from topic to editor timeline in about a dozen steps.
#Before you start
- Sign in and open the Studio.
- Check AI providers: either the platform keys are enabled for your account, or you add your own API keys (text, image, video and voice).
- Optional: create a Production Profile for your channel's niche and style.
#Your first video, step by step
- Pick a topic. Use Topic Ideas to find one, or bring your own.
- Create a project. In Projects (or from Script) give the video a project name and niche.
- Write the script. In Script choose Topic, YouTube video or your own transcript, set length and tone, review the outline, then generate and approve the script.
- Build the Creative Bible. In Creative Bible generate the visual plan: characters, locations, props and the visual style.
- Generate scenes. In Scenes choose image, video or both, generate the scene breakdown and mark the scenes Ready.
- Record narration. In Audio pick a voice and generate the narration for the approved script.
- Create visuals. In Visual select scenes and generate images or videos, or use Google Flow and import the files.
- Check assets. In Assets make sure every scene has a visual.
- Make the thumbnail. In Thumbnail write the prompt, pick scene images and generate; select the one you like.
- Write YouTube details. In YouTube Details confirm the title and description; they save by themselves.
- Final Review. In Final Review check the 5 points and download the editor timeline.
- Edit and upload. Open the download in your editor (how), polish, export and upload in YouTube Studio.
Pipeline walks you through the same order and always highlights the next step.
